School Engagement

Our School Engagement strategy comprises of three strands - Educating the influencers, practical experience and careers advice. Therefore we encourage young people to visit the centre and experience the construction activity surrounding it. In addition to hearing about the vast array of job roles (over 100) within construction. At the centre we then use the following interactive activities to engage them:

  • Taster sessions
  • Construction Challenge
  • Budding Brunels in conjunction with Construction Youth Trust
  • CREST awards
  • Aspire to Build
  • Careers Fairs & Talks
  • Next Step events for those finishing a construction related college course
